NOTE:   In 2005, the effective date of some of the worst legislation for bankruptcy in years (enacted because Republicans, and their bankers, hate the poor), Hart & Hart stopped bankruptcy representation.  With luck some of the stupidity in the legislation will be reduced, however due to growth of our practice in Elderlaw we doubt we will return to Bankruptcy practice.
